Panexis is provided as a software platform for businesses managing quotes, jobs, projects, production, fitting schedules, service calls, and customer communication.
Subscription and trial
Trials may include operational limits such as a maximum number of live jobs. Paid plans are subject to the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of signup or checkout.
Payment providers and referrals
Panexis may use Mollie, Stripe, or another supported payment provider for subscription billing and optional customer payment features. If you choose to connect or sign up for Mollie through Panexis, Panexis may receive a referral or partner payment from Mollie. This does not change the fees shown to you by Mollie or Panexis unless clearly stated at the point of setup.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into your workspace, the users you invite, and the customer-facing documents you publish through the platform.
Branding and domains
Panexis may allow you to store logos, brand colours, subdomains, and custom domain settings. Final DNS and certificate rollout may still depend on your infrastructure and deployment setup.
Service changes
Panexis may improve, refine, or replace features as the platform evolves. Where possible, operational compatibility and tenant data continuity will be maintained.
